I’ve worked in the digital world for over 15 years, with experience spanning project management, user experience, SEO, and copywriting.
Over that time, I’ve been lucky to work with brands like Virgin Mobile, giffgaff, Hello! Magazine, and Checkatrade – giving me insight into how digital projects succeed across very different industries.
That mix of experience means I can look at your website from every angle – design, content, performance, and how it supports your business goals.
Why I set up First Step Web Design
I started First Step Web Design because I love working with small businesses. After years of working for agencies and big-name clients, I realised there was an opportunity to bring those same skills to small businesses – without the corporate price tag.
I enjoy taking the time to understand what makes each business tick and where they want to go, so I can create a website that genuinely supports their goals.
